These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AFA Art Academy websites, online services, administrative tools, and related features, including AFA Shorts Publisher (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
AFA Shorts Publisher is a public social-video publishing feature operated by AFA Art Academy. It allows authorized AFA staff to create, review, and publish short-form class and artwork videos to AFA-managed public social media accounts, including TikTok when the account owner has authorized that connection. Published videos may be displayed on AFA public web pages such as afaarts.com/short-videos.
Users are responsible for reviewing all media, captions, and publishing settings before submitting content through AFA Shorts Publisher. We may store publishing status, media URLs, public post URLs, captions, connected-account identifiers, and authorization tokens as needed to provide the feature.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. When you connect a third-party platform account, you authorize AFA Art Academy to use that connection only for the actions you request within the Services.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, publish, or otherwise use any photos, videos, text, or other content submitted through the Services. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, or violates the rules of any connected platform.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms and providers, including hosting, analytics, messaging, payment, video rendering, and social media platforms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFA Art Academy disclaims warranties of any kind and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
