AFA Art Academy is a brand operated by CFL ART USA INC., a California corporation (collectively "AFA Art Academy," "we," "us," "our"). CFL ART USA INC. is the legal entity that owns and operates the AFA Art Academy brand, the website afaarts.com, and the SMS notifications program described in Section 4 below. CFL ART USA INC. is also the entity registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for our A2P 10DLC SMS program.

The AFA Art Academy SMS notifications program is operated by CFL ART USA INC. (dba AFA Art Academy). If you opt in to our SMS program at afaarts.com/sms-signup.html, we will use your mobile number solely to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms of Service — appointment reminders, class schedule updates, service notifications, and account alerts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or any other consumer personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through the SMS program are used only by CFL ART USA INC. / AFA Art Academy (and our messaging service provider Twilio, acting solely as a technical processor on our behalf) to deliver the messages you requested. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted; all other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS program data is kept isolated from any other AFA Art Academy feature, product, or business function. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records collected through this Program are not used for any social-media publishing tool, marketing analytics, third-party advertising, or any purpose other than delivering the SMS messages described in our SMS Terms of Service.

AFA Shorts Publisher is an internal staff workflow used by authorized AFA Art Academy admin users to create, review, schedule, publish, and display short-form class and artwork videos on AFA-managed public social-media accounts (including TikTok when the account owner authorizes that connection). Published videos may appear on AFA public web pages such as afaarts.com/short-videos.
The data handled by AFA Shorts Publisher — media files, captions, publishing status, public post URLs, connected-account identifiers, and authorization tokens — is generated and managed exclusively by AFA admin staff. It is not collected from public website visitors, parents, students, or SMS subscribers, and it is not derived from or combined with personal information described in Sections 2 and 4.
Connected social platforms (e.g., TikTok) receive content only when an authorized AFA admin and the connected account owner request that publishing action through AFA Shorts Publisher. Subscriber phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and other personal information described in Sections 2 and 4 are never used by, shared with, or sent to those platforms.
