CFL ART USA INC. is the legal entity that owns and operates the AFA Art Academy brand, the website afaarts.com, and the SMS notifications program described in Section 4 below. CFL ART USA INC. is also the entity registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for our A2P 10DLC SMS program.

AFA Shorts Publisher is a public social-video publishing feature operated by AFA Art Academy. It helps authorized AFA staff create, review, and publish short-form class and artwork videos to AFA-managed public social media accounts, including TikTok when the account owner authorizes that connection. Published videos may be displayed on AFA public web pages such as afaarts.com/short-videos.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact information: name, email address, mailing address, phone number (including mobile number if you sign up for SMS).
• Student information: student name, age, and class enrollment details provided by parents or guardians.
• Payment information: processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and cookie data (via standard analytics tools).
• Social publishing data: media files, captions, publishing status, public post URLs, connected-account identifiers, and authorization tokens needed to publish AFA public content through AFA Shorts Publisher.

• To provide and manage art classes, events, and services you have requested.
• To send you appointment reminders, class updates, account alerts, and service notifications (by email or, if opted in, SMS).

The AFA Art Academy SMS notifications program is operated by CFL ART USA INC. (dba AFA Art Academy). If you opt in to our SMS program at afaarts.com/sms-signup.html, we will use your mobile number solely to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or any other consumer personal information with any third party for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through the SMS program are used only by CFL ART USA INC. / AFA Art Academy (and our messaging service provider Twilio, acting solely as a technical processor on our behalf) to deliver the messages you requested. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted; all other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
